PLACES TO STAY:
The place I stayed was a wonderful location, right on La Jolla Cove. It has been renovated since I stayed there, and the prices have gone up. The rooms that are carved into the hillside are very nice, as is the pool and hot tub halfway up the hill. Check it out: La Jolla Cove Suites

If you’re on a budget, check out the hotels at Mission Beach.
LA JOLLA, CALIFORNIA
I haven’t been to La Jolla for a number of years but I can definitely
recommend it as a vacation spot.
